1. General provisions1.1. goblamo.com rules for the purchase and sale of Goods (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - the Parties), which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for Goods, delivery and return procedures, Parties' liability and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods in the goblamo.com online store.
1.2. The Buyer agrees with the Rules by checking the box next to ""I have read and agree to the Rules""."
1.3. Seller reserves the right to change and supplement the Privacy Policy (Rules) at any time. The Seller is not obliged to notify the Buyer about the addition or change of the Rules. Changes and additions to the rules take effect immediately after their publication in the goblamo.com e-store.
1.4. Only the following have the right to order and buy goblamo.com Goods:
1.4.1. Active natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of adulthood and whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;"

1.5. By agreeing to the Rules, the Buyer confirms that he has the right to purchase the Goods in accordance with Clause 1.4 of these Rules.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. Personal data in the e-store goblamo.com is processed in accordance with the regulation ""REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL"""
2.2. Information collected about individuals
2.2.1. When purchasing goblamo.com Goods, the Buyer must provide his personal data (name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, valid e-mail address), which are necessary for the purchase, delivery and payment of the Goods.
2.3. Storage of personal data
2.3.1. Data collected by goblamo.com from Buyers may be transferred and stored in territories outside the European Economic Area (""EEA""). They may also be handled by personnel outside the EEA who are employees of goblamo.com or one of goblamo.com's suppliers. Such personnel may include, but are not limited to, the execution of Buyer's orders, the processing of payment data, and the provision of ancillary services. By providing their personal data, Buyers agree to this transfer, storage and processing. Goblamo.com will take all reasonable steps to ensure that Buyers' data is processed securely and in accordance with the provisions of this Policy."
2.3.2. All data provided by Buyers is securely stored on goblamo.com servers. All payment transactions are encrypted. In the event that Buyers are provided with passwords (or are selected by the Buyers themselves) that enable the Buyers to use certain functions of the e-store, the Buyers are responsible for the confidentiality of the passwords. Goblamo.com kindly asks Buyers not to disclose or share passwords with third Parties.
2.3.3. If goblamo.com has doubts about the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer, goblamo.com has the right to suspend the processing of this Buyer's data, check and correct this data.
2.3.4. Buyers' personal data will be stored for the minimum period of time established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3.5. Goblamo.com does not collect payment system login details. goblamo.com e-store Buyers enter the login details of their electronic banking or electronic payment systems on the banks' pages, therefore goblamo.com does not have access to this information. Also, goblamo.com will never ask the Buyer to confirm the payment card details by e-mail or telephone, therefore it is the Buyer's responsibility not to disclose such information.
2.3.6. Despite the fact that goblamo.com makes every reasonable effort to protect Buyers' data, goblamo.com cannot warranty the secure transmission of data to the e-store. Any data transfer procedures are performed solely at the risk of the Buyer. From the moment of receiving the data, goblamo.com applies extremely strict personal data protection procedures and technical and organizational measures to ensure protection against unauthorized access to Buyers' data.
2.4. Use of personal data
2.4.1. The Seller ensures that the Buyer's personal data will be used only for the purposes of purchase and sale of Goods.
2.4.2. Also to inform Buyers about changes in the services provided by goblamo.com.
2.4.3. Goblamo.com may also, with the prior consent of Buyers, use personal data to provide Buyers with information about Goods and services that may be of interest to them, information about the latest products, and exclusive discounts, etc. y. for direct marketing purposes. 2.5. Disclosure of information
2.5.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third Parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery of Goods or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer's order, if these use appropriate data storage media. Such partners are AB Lietuvos Pa_tas, UAB Baltic Post, Paypal and Stripe payment systems, government agencies, professional business advisors, accountants and auditors. Also intending to sell a portion of goblamo.com's business or assets, disclosing Buyer's data to a potential Buyer of the business or portion thereof. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third Parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.6. Rights of individuals
2.6.1. The right to be informed about the processing of their data.
2.6.2. The right to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate data of the Buyer and / or suspend the processing of such personal data upon request by e-mail [email protected], except for storage, if the Buyer determines that his personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate or is processed illegally and unfairly. Goblamo.com shall immediately notify the Buyer of the rectification, destruction or suspension of the processing of personal data, whether or not carried out at the request of the Buyer.
2.6.3. The right to receive information by e-mail [email protected] from which sources and what their personal data was collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients they are provided and have been provided during the last 1 (one) year. The information shall be provided to the Buyers at the e-mail addresses indicated by them not later than within 30 (thirty) days from the day of requesting to provide such data. “Goblamo.com” provides such data to the Buyer 1 (one) time per calendar year free of charge;"
2.6.4. Right to be forgotten - every Buyer has the right to demand the cessation of the use or deletion of his personal data.* * If a purchase is made, the data will remain stored only by the authorities in accordance with the law.
2.6.5. Right to data portability
2.6.6. The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes (by informing “goblamo.com” by e-mail [email protected], or by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter).
3. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
3.1. The Purchase and Sale Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer agrees with these Rules and clicks the ""Submit Order"" button at the last stage of the ordering process."
4. Obligations of the Buyer
4.1. By checking the box ""I have read and agree with the rules"" and clicking the ""Submit order"" button at the last stage of the ordering process, the Buyer must comply with these Rules and not violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union."
4.2. The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods, delivery costs (unless otherwise stated) and accept the Goods in accordance with these Rules.
4.3. When registering, the Buyer must submit the correct data provided in Clause 2.2. in order for the Seller to properly fulfill its obligations.
4.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided and for the storage and non-disclosure of login data to third Parties.
5. Buyer's rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to order the Goods and buy them in the goblamo.com e-store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales Agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the product to be returned, its order number and the reason for return) no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
5.3. The Buyer's right discussed in Clause 5.2 may be exercised by the Buyer in accordance with the conditions for return of the Goods set out in Clause 12 and only if the Goods have not been damaged by the Buyer or its appearance has not substantially changed due to the Buyer's fault.
6. Obligations of the Seller
6.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to shop in the goblamo.com e-store.
6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer to the specified address in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the descriptions of the Goods, which are established by these Rules.
6.3. When the Buyer exercises the right provided for in Clause 5.2 of the Rules and in the event of conditions set forth in Clauses 5.2 and 5.3, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days, calculated from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.
7. Seller's Rights
7.1. If the Buyer attempts in any way to compromise the Seller's work, data security or violate other obligations of the Buyer mentioned in Clause 4, then the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's access to the goblamo.com e-store or otherwise restrict access to the goblamo.com database.
7.2. The Seller has the right to remove the information provided by the Buyer in the goblamo.com e-store if it possibly violates the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania or contradicts good morals.
8. Product order
8.1. Subject to the Rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase all existing Goods in the goblamo.com e-store.
8.2. The standard time for order preparation and sending the ordered Goods to the Buyer, on working days is 24 hours after the moment of placing the order and payment.
8.3. The Buyer should contact the administrators of the goblamo.com e-store by e-mail [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order and paying for the Goods if the Buyer has not received relevant information about the product(-s) shipment.
9. Prices of Goods
9.1. Discounts are not cumulative during promotions. Only one discount code can be applied at a time.
9.2. For customers with Agreements with the company administering goblamo.com, prices are set by a separate agreement.
10. Procedure for payment for Goods
10.1. The Buyer pays for the Goods in one of the following ways:
10.1.1. Credit or debit card on the Seller's website.
10.1.2. By bank transfer according to the details specified by the Seller. In this case, the Seller must be contacted before purchasing the product.
10.2. The Buyer who has an Agreement with the company administering goblamo.com pays in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
10.3. Only upon receipt of payment for the Goods, unless otherwise agreed, the Goods shall be prepared for dispatch and the delivery period of the Goods shall begin. This clause does not apply to Buyers who have an Agreement with goblamo.com and Buyers who have chosen the payment method ""Cash on delivery""."
10.4. The moment of receipt of the payment is the moment when the Seller receives the payment order to his bank account.
10.5. If the payment is not received, the Seller keeps the Buyer's order in the system for 7 (seven) days, later, if the payment is not received, the order is canceled. This clause does not apply to Buyers who have an Agreement with goblamo.com.
11. Delivery of Goods
11.1. The Buyer shall not have the right to make claims regarding the delay in the delivery of the Goods if this is due to the fault of the Buyer.
11.2. Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania is free.
11.3. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after ordering and payment. The exact delivery time is specified in the product descriptions. Please note: public holidays and weekends are not included. Delivery time is not an essential condition of the Agreement.
11.4. Usually the Goods are prepared and handed over to third Parties - couriers within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment for the order, within 24 hours the couriers deliver the Goods to Pir_kas as standard. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to deliver the purchased Goods as soon as possible. Deliveries are made by third Parties - couriers, so goblamo.com cannot warranty a very accurate delivery time.
11.5. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.
11.6. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must make sure that the packaging of the Goods is not damaged by noticing obvious damage to the packaging (the wrinkles are wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged). the act of infringement (non-compliance). If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller shall be released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the Goods, if they have occurred due to damage to the packaging by third Parties.
12. Return of Goods
12.1. Returns are subject to the 29 June, 2001 by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania “On Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items” and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania ""The sale of Goods and the provision of services where Agreements are concluded by means of communication""."
12.2. Defects in the sold Goods are eliminated, defective Goods are replaced or the money paid for the Goods is returned, if the Seller is responsible for the defect of the Goods.
12.3. The Buyer may exercise the right to return the Goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller thereof in accordance with the procedure provided for in Clause 5.2 of the Rules.
12.4. Additional conditions must be met when returning the product:
12.4.1. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;"
12.4.2. The returned item must be fully completed. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, goblamo.com reserves the right not to accept the item for return;"
12.4.3. The returned Goods must be returned in the Seller's packaging or other packaging that ensures safe transportation / shipment;"
12.4.4. The Goods must be returned to the Seller at the address indicated by him. Before returning the Goods, it is mandatory to contact the Seller by phone or e-mail. The Seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent with an incorrect address or that were lost;"
12.4.5. All free gifts that came with the purchased item must also be returned at the same time;"
12.4.6. In order to return the product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail, post or telephone, indicating the product to be returned, its order number and the reason for return;"
12.4.7. The Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery and return of the Goods, except in cases where the defective Goods are returned, in which case the costs of delivery and return shall be borne by the Seller. The Buyer pays for the delivery costs and the return of the Goods, and goblamo.com, convinced that the Goods have been returned due to improper quality, refunds the delivery and return costs incurred by the Customer and the amount paid for the Goods.
12.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for the return of the Goods have not been complied with.
13. Provision of information
13.1. The Seller provides the information to the Buyer using the e-mail address and telephone number provided in his registration form, and the Buyer can use all the communication channels specified in the goblamo.com e-store. Their main emails. email [email protected]
13.2. By agreeing to these Rules, the Buyer agrees that informational e-mail messages necessary for ordering, payment and delivery of Goods will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
14. Liability
14.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences and acquires the right to claim compensation for direct losses incurred by the Buyer.
14.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for his actions in the goblamo.com e-store.
14.3. The Seller is released from any liability in all cases where the loss arises due to the fact that the Buyer, notwithstanding the Seller's recommendations and its obligations, did not read these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
14.4. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color of the product may not match the color of the computer layout of the product on the monitor used by the Buyer.
14.5. In the event of damage, the guilty Party compensates the other Party for the direct damage.
15. Promotions applicable to the Seller
15.1. The Seller may carry out various types of promotions, but at any time change their terms, terminate them.
15.2. The Seller may provide the Buyers with gift cards, which will be used to pay for the purchased Goods.
15.3. If the order amount is higher than the Buyer's gift card amount, the Buyer must pay the difference in the price of the purchased item.
15.4. Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash.
15.5. It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to keep it and not show anyone their unique code.
15.6. The gift card will not be renewed if it has been lost, stolen or damaged.
15.7. The provisions of this Clause apply only to shares organized by the Seller and do not apply when the shares are organized through the Intermediaries of the Seller.
15.8. In the event that the Buyer purchases coupons for goblamo.com Goods through promotions organized by the Seller's Intermediaries, the Buyer must comply with the purchase and sale rules established by the Intermediaries, with which the Buyer agrees when purchasing coupons.
16. Final provisions
16.1. The Parties undertake to settle any disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
16.2 The rights and obligations of the Parties shall be implemented taking into account the rules of sale of Goods and provision of services when Agreements are concluded using means of communication, approved by the Order No. 258 of 17 August, 2001 of Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania ""On the approval of the rules for the sale of Goods and provision of services when Agreements are concluded by means of communication"". The protection of personal data is governed by ""REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL"""
16.3 We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase.
